Self-storage operator Extra Space Storage has been using inContact's hosted call center platform to improve its customer service.

"The result has been a radical improvement in customer service b . which in turn has significantly boosted business," writes TMCnet's Patrick Barnard.

"Managers as well as agents have access to all customer information in a single database, including whether a customer has reserved a unit online or rents units elsewhere in the Extra Space Storage network," Barnard writes.
