Leading European Operator Implements Kofax for Customer Data
The solution will be used to manage about 3 million customer contracts, account forms and related documents each year.
A leading Southern European telecommunications operator has implemented Kofax's document capture solution.
"Each year, the operator receives about 3 million customer contracts, account forms and related documents via mail, fax and email," writes TMCnet's Anuradha Shukla. "Kofax software will help the operator to scan and capture data from these customers."
