eSupportNow Hires Boni

The former president and CEO of Prime Response, Inc. joins the online customer service provider.

Peter J. Boni, former president and CEO of eCRM (electronic customer relationship management) firm Prime Response, Inc., has joined eSupportNow, Inc. as company chairman.

Boni will work with the president and CEO of the Boston-based customer care company, Renan Levy, as well as the board of directors and management team. Said Levy of Boni's hire: " I believe it to be a sign of our strength that we can attract a Chairman of Peter's caliber. He brings current knowledge of eCRM solutions and deep general business skills which will be important contributors to our success."

Boni's 19 years of professional experience as a high technology company CEO will benefit eSupportNow's roll out of AnalytiCARE — a portal for the company's clients. As managing principal of Vested>Interest LLC, a high tech advisory and merger and acquisition consulting practice, Boni has solid knowledge of building growth business as well as renewing transitioning ones to restored growth and profitability. Boni's last stint was with Prime Response, Inc., which merged with Chordiant Software in March of this year.
