The small business ASP expanded both its direct and channel sales programs and named a vice president to oversee operations there.
Small business ASP NetSuite on Thursday announced the expansion of its UK operations, expanding both its direct and channel sales programs as well as naming a vice president to oversee operations there.
NetSuite's new UK office is located on the Oracle campus in Reading, Berkshire. The company has brought on board Dean Mansfield as Vice President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Mansfield led the non-US sales operations for industry leaders Brocade, Plumtree Software and Network Associates.
"Our growth in Europe has exceeded our expectations -- and adding Dean Mansfield will only help to accelerate our momentum," said Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite. "His experience will establish our approach to customer service and strengthen our leadership position in integrated CRM/ERP applications in Europe."
NetSuite has recently grown its EMEA customer base in a range of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, professional services, and retail. In addition, NetSuite UK has gained channel partners in the on-demand space. Resellers who previously sold client-server software from Microsoft and Sage have joined with NetSuite to market and distribute NetSuite's on-demand software solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They include companies such as SpringBoard 4 Business, JNA Associates, International Business Strategies and BlackApple.
