Knouen Integrates Siebel CRM Productivity with Social Networking
Knouen announces OfficeSync 3.0 for Siebel CRM.
Knouen Technologies has announced the availability of Knouen OfficeSync 3.0 for Siebel CRM, providing customers with the ability to supplement structured customer and sales data in Siebel, with information from social networking sites and third-party B2B data sources.
According to Knouen's press release, the latest version of the solution seamlessly integrates Oracles Siebel CRM with Microsoft Outlook, and smartphones such as the RIM BlackBerry, Windows phone and Apple iPhone, and also automates Siebel updates and integrates social networking and sales intelligence capabilities.
