Protagona Worldwide, AIM Partner On Effective CRM

AIM will apply its strategic marketing, analytical and technological expertise to Protagona's campaign management technology-providing the crucial link between marketing, sales and IT functions to ensure successful CRM.

CHICAGO -- Protagona Worldwide, developer of Protagona Ensemble campaign management software, today announced a partnership with Advanced Interactive Marketing (AIM), a consulting group based in Newton, Mass. that develops marketing strategies and implements turnkey integrated marketing technology solutions linked to those strategies. Under the terms of this agreement, effective immediately, AIM will apply its strategic marketing, analytical and technological expertise to Protagona's campaign management technology-providing the crucial link between marketing, sales and IT functions to ensure successful CRM. This alliance will most benefit businesses considering a CRM strategy, but lacking the in-house resources to conduct such an undertaking.

Protagona Worldwide's partners and market reach will help AIM expand its business, while AIM will include Protagona software in its evaluations for consideration by existing clients. Common target markets include financial services, utilities, high-tech and telecommunications.

Protagona Ensemble is a comprehensive product suite that enables marketing professionals to manage customer experiences across multiple touch-points. It also allows them to engage in high-performance and high-volume event-based e-marketing initiatives.
