CustomerLinx says it has chosen Paradigm Direct to build and deliver integrated customer care service solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.ALEXANDRIA, VA--CustomerLinx Corp., a knowledge-based customer relationship management specialist, say they have been chosen by Paradigm Direct, a player in the marketing services space, to build and deliver integrated customer care service solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.
According to the agreement, CustomerLinx will provide customer care solutions for Paradigm Direct clients, including customer acquisition, retention, enhancement and support programs. The companies say the partnership comes as the result of strong success in customer acquisition projects jointly undertaken in the past year.
