CustomerLinx says it has chosen Paradigm Direct to build and deliver integrated customer care service solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.

ALEXANDRIA, VA--CustomerLinx Corp., a knowledge-based customer relationship management specialist, say they have been chosen by Paradigm Direct, a player in the marketing services space, to build and deliver integrated customer care service solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.

According to the agreement, CustomerLinx will provide customer care solutions for Paradigm Direct clients, including customer acquisition, retention, enhancement and support programs. The companies say the partnership comes as the result of strong success in customer acquisition projects jointly undertaken in the past year.

"CustomerLinx is performing in the top rank of our partner/vendors," said Paradigm President David Graf. "Their people are flexible, dedicated and have a true spirit to make things work. We look forward to building on this partnership together."

"This is a cornerstone alliance," said Jeff McDermott, CustomerLinx President and CEO. "Its foundation is based on a fuller range of services and consistently higher performance levels. Working in combination with Paradigm's proven marketing organization, we can better meet the growing demand for advanced e-CRM services that measurably improve customer retention, acquisition and enhancement."

CustomerLinx says it provides outsourced support options for traditional and Web-based customer interactions and that they offer the most robust range of services in the industry, providing end-to-end functionality.

Paradigm's Graf says "The knowledge-based CRM services developed by CustomerLinx are producing a real return on investment for clients. It's all about building their bottom lines."

Paradigm says it provides multi-platform direct marketing services to clients across key verticals including telecommunications, financial services, media, E-commerce and home services. They say their clients include Direct TV, AT&T Wireless and the New Power Co. and that they recently became part of the global Mosaic Group.
