SCT's iProcess.sct Offers Enhanced Industry-Specific eCRM Functions

SCT enables e-business for four industry segments: process manufacturing and distribution; education; energy, utilities and communications; and government. iProcess.sct specifically offers solutions to serve the food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, biotechnology and related process industries and provides supply chain planning, internet commerce, relationship management and supply chain execution/ERP capabilities.
The new Interactive Customer Assistance components of iProcess.sct will enable real-time customer interaction through SCT's sell-side internet commerce solution, making it possible for companies to extend internet commerce applications by providing live online communications and call-center capabilities. Functionality includes instant messaging, live chat, e-mail, and real-time "follow-me browsing," which enables a customer service representative to remotely guide a customer through the online sales process.
