The local information and services network has chosen OutSmart to provide increased CRM functionality.

TORONTO--Real Cities founder and Web-based local information and services provider,, announced an agreement to utilize the CRM sales solution, OutSmart. Created by SmartSales Inc., OutSmart enables sales organizations to efficiently meet the functionality and needs of sales teams, while providing reporting, tracking and management tools.

Whether deployed as a powerful stand-alone CRM solution or linked with InSmart, another SmartSales application, OutSmart provides an array of strengths that enable sales teams to: accurately forecast revenue; implement and view forecasts; generate sales quotations and proposals: and log and manage sales accounts.

The initial deployment of the solution will include 120 users.
