PeopleSoft will unveil what they are calling "the next generation" of CRM at their Leadership Summit in Las Vegas, Nev., June 4th-5th.
PeopleSoft Inc. will unveil PeopleSoft 8 CRM (customer relationship management) at their Leadership Summit in Las Vegas, Nev., June 4th-5th.PeopleSoft 8 CRM is being touted as the next generation of customer relationship management software since clients will not need code to be able to use the product, therefore enabling intuitive access and reducing costs. PeopleSoft 8's pure Internet architecture allows anyone in the enterprise to access data from any Web browser.
PeopleSoft's worldwide customers, members of the press and industry analysts will be among the first to see a demonstration of the new product at the Leadership Summit, which will include keynote presentations by former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, industry luminary Patricia Seybold, and PeopleSoft CEO Craig Conway. The conference will focus on integrating software products online to form a completely collaborative enterprise and PeopleSoft customers, Rob Carter, CIO of FedEx and Fred Matteson, executive vice president of Schwab Technology Innovation, will speak about their experiences using PeopleSoft products.
