Roundarch Collaborates with Broadvision

The customer relationship solution providers will collaborate to expand BroadVision's Solution Value Proposition (SVP) program. SVP helps companies quantify the potential return on their strategic e-business initiatives while determining the most efficient, effective ways to rapidly realize business value.

Customer relationship solution providers, BroadVision, Inc. and Roundarch will collaborate to expand BroadVision's Solution Value Proposition (SVP) program. SVP helps companies quantify the potential return on their strategic e-business initiatives while determining the most efficient, effective ways to rapidly realize business value.

Roundarch's extensive business case development experience and industry-specific resources and tools, as well as background in key business sectors, including healthcare, insurance, telecommunications and government, will be valuable to the SVP program. After successfully enhancing the Solution Value Proposition program, the companies plan to explore additional opportunities for leveraging their core strengths into other business categories. BroadVision and Roundarch have already worked together in several other large-scale implementation projects for leading organizations that included the State of California, HP Shopping, Nortel and Pitney Bowes.

More than 30 organizations — including Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia, Primax, RS Components and Sprint -- have already taken advantage of the SVP program in the first 90 days of its availability.

The SVP program is composed of the following steps:
  • Self-Service Opportunity Assessment (SSOA): An online tool for executives, allowing them to determine their readiness to take advantage of enterprise self-service technologies.
  • Executive Briefing Workshop: The second step helps executive teams to better understand the results of the SSOA and assess which key business processes can be transformed to a self-service model.
  • Business Case Analysis (BCA): The BCA helps e-business teams to develop a more in-depth rationale and help them communicate the business value of investing in a BroadVision solution throughout the organization.
