Industry veteran to lead company in development of new products for multi-channel contact centers.
AMC Technology has named Noel Barber to lead the company's development team as director of software development. In this new role, Barber will direct the planning, implementation and completion of new software development projects. He will also be responsible for supervision of the development team as it grows to accommodate the company's expanding product offerings for multi-channel contact centers.
Barber has 12 years experience developing embedded real time systems and telephony products. Prior to joining AMC, Barber was manager of platform development for CMG Telecommunication's Unified Messaging solutions.
The Richmond, Va.-based AMC is a software development company that provides multiple communication channels from multiple vendors to integrate with CRM and contact center applications.
