Adaptive Insights, a provider of cloud corporate performance (CPM) management software, unveiled this week a new service called Adaptive Solutions that aims to help customers more quickly and easily deploy CPM apps by providing a collection of pre-configured best practices frameworks along with reports and dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources via pre-built data integrations.

The first Adaptive Solution, Adaptive Revenue, is designed to bring together sales, service and financial data, integrating it with corporate goal setting, quota planning, headcount, commission and sales compensation models. By combining ERP data with data from sales systems, the software gives CFOs and other business executives better visibility into sales, finance and services, the company promises.

Additional Adaptive Solutions will be introduced throughout 2015.

The company also introduced over 20 new enhancements to its Adaptive Suite, including a click-not-code Salesforce integration that further extends revenue visibility by incorporating sales, service and customer data directly into Adaptive Discovery dashboards. Data analysts can select the objects and fields that matter most to their employer to create multi-source dashboards, according to Adaptive Insights.

Other improvements include enhancements in scorecards that make it easier to visually compare performance across any time period, from MTD, to QTD, to YTD: period on period, version on version, with variances, visual spark lines and exceptions.

The new features will be available in mid-June.

Joins Salesforce Analytics Cloud

Also this week Adaptive Insights announced that it has joined Salesforce’s Analytics Cloud partner ecosystem, which will give finance professionals access to Salesforce data, in theory encouraging a more strategic relationship between finance and other lines of business.

Adaptive Insights has more than 2,600 customers in 85 countries, including AAA, Boston Scientific, CORT, Konica Minolta, NetSuite, Philips, and Siemens.
