The company has announced the inclusion of a Business Intelligence Dashboard in its Pre-Hire 360 software.
According to SkillSurvey, Inc., the latest addition to its Pre-Hire 360 reference assessment software is designed to help senior management better understand and manage a companys sourcing and hiring processes. The company, in its news release, also said that the SkillSurvey Business Intelligence Dashboard tracks, measures, and reports metrics that characterize the candidate pool, and sheds light on recruiting performance for building a passive candidate pool.
