Stream Global Services, Inc. has recently announced xStream Interactions, its technology strategy and platform that is designed specifically to improve operational efficiencies and drive long-term customer value for its clients. According to the company's news release, the xStream Interactions platform consists of three product or service families: Performance Studio, Communications Services, and Analytic Solutions.
