Panorama users can natively connect to Parallel Data Warehouse and perform analysis on large enterprise data sets.
Business Intelligence (BI) solution provider, Panorama Software, has announced support of the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse through its flagship business intelligence solution, Panorama NovaView. According to the company in this recent news release, the solution allows Panorama NovaView users flexibility to natively connect to SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse and perform analysis on large enterprise data sets.
"SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse supports large amounts of data. Panorama NovaView and SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse can both be quickly scalable to meet business needs, allowing fast data increases from tens to hundreds of terabytes. The system is also less expensive than other options, as it uses industry-standard hardware, and only requires additional capacity as data volume increases."
