The customer interactions management solutions provider begins trading under its new symbol.
Westford, Mass.-based customer interaction management (CIM) solutions provider Davox Corp.Friday announced that it has officially changed its name to Concerto Software Inc..The company Friday began trading under the new ticker symbol. The name change follows the January merger of Davox and CELLIT.
"Changing our name to Concerto Software Inc. is a significant milestone on our road to establishing the company as a leader in the fast-growing CIM solutions market," said James Foy, chief executive officer of Concerto.
