Virgin Media is working with Zeus Technology to improve its online customer experience.
"The solution ensures that more than 4 million Virgin Media customers, even during spikes in demand, receive fast and available Web and e-mail services," writes TMCnet's Deepika Mala. "Zeus is also being used by Virgin Media to migrate users onto a new function-rich e-mail system which is to get completed by the second quarter of 2010."
"The new function-rich e-mail system has an easy-to-use interface with more features and storage space than before," Mala writes.
