The Canton, Mass., provider of call center outsourcing services, elevates a member of its management team to senior v.p. of North American operations.

Previously, Bishop was vice president and general manager for it original equipment manufacturer segement. There, he led all operational functions for hardware and software client accounts.
"Jeff's strong background in operations, combined with his experience developing world class solutions for our sophisticated Fortune 500 clients, makes him an excellent choice to lead Stream's North American operations," said R. Scott Murray, Stream's president and COO.
Before Stream, Bishop held executive posts with Inacom Information Services, Convergys and PC Technology Services. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Calumet College.
Stream International is privately held, with equity investments from Bain Capital, Genstar Capital and Stream's management team.
