Gordon Heinrich takes on the world of natural language customer self-service as VP of Worldwide Services.
NativeMinds, which specializes in online natural language customer self-service solutions, named Gordon Heinrich as VP of Worldwide Services this week.
Heinrich, a former executive with Inktomi (NASDAQ:INKT), is expected to provide strategic client services direction and drive customer and partner interaction and satisfaction through all phases of the sales cycle.
To help that cause, the San Francisco-based company invented automated online personalities (vReps) that emulate the best in human customer service by providing personalized and immediate answers to customer questions via two-way natural language dialog.
"As our customer base continues to expand, our clients are demanding NativeMinds services at an exponential rate," says NativeMinds CEO Walter Tackett. "We're very fortunate to have Gordon join our executive team. With his proven track record in the industry, he is the ideal candidate to provide strategic direction and leadership to grow our worldwide client services."
The privately-held company has partnerships with Revlon, Ford Motor Company, Nissan, Oracle, Department of Defense, One 2 One (Deutsche Telekom), and GlaxoSmithKline.
