The company says its enterprise app, InQuira Sales Intel, is designed to help sales teams boost lead conversion and productivity.
InQuira has recently launched a new 'knowledge-powered' sales enablement application that the company says will integrate directly into the desktops of the most widely used CRM and sales force automation software suitesspecifically Oracle and Salesforce.com. In its product release statement, the company also said that the application, InQuira Sales Intel, proactively delivers contextual and personalized sales assets tailored to every stage of the sales process, from lead qualification and first contact, through the close of a deal.
"The new sales enablement application builds on InQuira's core strengths in customer service applications used by some of the worlds leading brands, including Apple, Nokia and Yahoo. It is the natural extension of InQuiras vision to knowledge-enable the enterprise, and leverages InQuira's enterprise-grade knowledge platform capable of scaling to support even the largest, global sales forces.
"Sales Intel incorporates InQuiras powerful semantic search technology to ensure that a companys sales force can immediately find the most current, relevant and valuable information. With intelligent and dynamic response, InQuira ensures all searched-for information is then presented in a personalized and interactive manner, such as a wizard to generate price quotes, FAQs to help qualify an opportunity, or case studies to understand product viability.
"The application also features powerful social tools, such as a team center or micro-site for each opportunity, that facilitate collaboration among partners and even the prospect, and dedicated forums that promote internal sharing of best practices across an organization and its channel partners."
