The online travel resource TripAtlas.com has introduced a CRM tool as part of its TripAtlas PRO platform.
"Not to be confused with the TripAtlas PRO Trend Tracker, which offers insight into consumer travel behavior across a wide spectrum, the tracking functionality within the CRM portal enables agents to examine trends within their own market and customer database," writes Travel Daily News' Vicky Karantzavelou.
"This can help TripAtlas PRO retailers fine-tune their marketing initiatives and take advantage of consumer inclinations within a specific market at a time when clients are most likely to book," Karantzavelou writes.
