The company has launched a new solution specifically targeting the SMB market.
Sage Software India has announced the launch of its new Sage CRM Professional software targeting the SMB market.
"Sage CRM professional comes in a five-named user pack with sales, marketing and customer support modules," writes CRN's Tabrez Khan. "It supports all the functions such as lead management, sales management, sales funnel and forecasts, campaign management, complaint management, and reporting within these modules."
"'Though SMBs have been trying out limited function products for quite some time now, they are yet to adopt a full-featured CRM. They would like to try all the features of the CRM product and get comfortable, before they scale up to it fully. But the high cost of CRM has deterred them from doing so. So naturally, there is a lot of pent-up demand,' said Thomas Abraham, Managing Director, Sage CRM India," Khan writes.
