Mindover Software hopes a merger with Co-OpTek to combine respective services into a complementary offering that will include ERP and CRM software.
Software technology firm Mindover Software says it has begun initial steps in a path it hopes will result in a merger with Co-OpTek, a custom software and web design firm. According to the company's news release, the two companies will start by combining their respective services into a complementary offering that will include ERP and CRM software, custom application development, software integration and website design.
"According to Lloyd Smith, President of Mindover Software, the pre-merger action will leverage the technical strengths of the two firms so that both can begin offering a broader suite of services to their respective customers.
"'This allows us to offer much more custom application development and website design to satisfy the custom integration needs of our customers,' he says. 'Weve worked with the team at Co-OpTek for three years now on numerous projects and have seen the value of offering a complete line-up of technology services.'"
