CRM and social CRM are popular trends on the Google Apps Marketplace.
A recent Google Enterprise Blog post, 13 different installable CRM apps in the Marketplace that can integrate with Google Apps are highlighted. The post conveniently organizes the apps in to three different groups: CRM, Social CRM, and Project-based CRM. According to the report, these installable CRM apps integrate with Google Apps 'out of the box,' making it simpler for businesses to run more of their systems in the cloud.
