Intelestream Offers Order Management in Online CRM for SMBs

The company will also include Order Management and Social CRM as part of a new version to be unveiled in September.

Intelestream has announced that a complete Order Management Solution has been added to the online CRM application intelecrm. As noted in the company's news release, the Order Management solution, which is specifically designed to meet the complete requirements of small and medium sized businesses, is available for all Intelestream customers running the Enterprise edition of intelecrm.

"Key features of the Order Management Solution for intelecrm include the ability to generate, track, customize, and report on quotes, sales orders, and invoices. Additionally, the solution fully automates payment processing and shipments while enabling users to manage both single and subscription based recurring payments. Complete integration with products and product catalogs ensure seamless workflows. Users can create and update customers, invoices, sales orders, and more from intelecrm through uni and bi-directional integration with QuickBooks."
