CRM v7.1 will include social media integration.
Sage is set to launch CRM v7.1 saying the product will include social media integration and mobile access that will create new levels of customer insight by giving marketers 24-hour access to business-critical information. As noted in this report on U Talk Marketing, Sage CRM v7.1 will also offer users flexible access to customer and prospect data, contacts and communications to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
