Ockham, Nextera Partner On Customer Relationship Strategy and Software

The companies say the partnership will provide companies with consulting expertise and software applications for increased sales productivity.

ATLANTA--Ockham Technologies, Inc., a sales management automation (SMA) firm, has announced a partnership with Nextera Enterprises, a global consulting firm offering end-to-end Customer Relationship Management and Human Capital Management solutions, including developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The companies say the partnership will offer customers a powerful solution to sales management by integrating Nextera's CRM strategies and process design with Ockham's Web-native tools for improved decision capability, resulting in a consistent management process and increased sales productivity.

"Nextera's expertise in sales force effectiveness and motivation will be carried through in Ockham's applications for sales management," said Mike Meisenheimer, chief product strategist for Ockham. "For example, Nextera may work with a company to design a new quota setting process as part of a broader CRM initiative, then Ockham's SRQuotas application will be installed and used to automate this new process.
