Former Acxiom executive hired to help boost the company's MarketSmart CRM development effort.

MarketSmart Decision System is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that is targeted to a wide range of industries.
Before coming to Fair, Issac, Wood served at Acxiom, where he led business development in the financial services industry.

"JC has a unique capacity to see the full-scale potential of technology and then get people really enthused about how it can help their business. At San Raphael, Calif.-based Fair, Isaac, Wood's initial goal will be to expand MarketSmart's presence in the financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and retail industries.
