To keep up with the growing interest in open source BPM the company recently expanded beyond its base in Europe.
BonitaSoft has recently announced that there are now over 100 paying customers using Bonita Open Solution, the company's open source business process management (BPM) suite. According to the company's news release, this milestone comes less than a month after BonitaSoft reached the half million download mark of the Bonita project.
"More than 70% of these customers were signed in the second half of the year, driven by the release of Bonita Open Solution 5.2, which offered subscription packs for the first time. Its growing customer list includes Atmel, BAE Systems, Carrefour, Comviva, Government of the Canary Islands, Konica Minolta, OpenSymmetry, Orange, Serpro, Societe Generale, Yellow Pages and one of the top global pharmaceutical companies."
