iRevolution and Copper Dragon to deploy company's service level management software solution.
Oblicore, a service level management software provider, has broken into the European market through business agreements with iRevolution and Copper Dragon. iRevolution, an integrated computer services organization, and Copper Dragon, a multi-disciplined organization specializing in B2B trading solutions, will deploy Oblicore's software.
The Herndon, Va.-based Oblicore's solution is a centralized management system, designed to streamline service and optimize resource allocation according to customer prioritization. Oblicore's solution, with its business oriented approach, helps service providers, such as application service providers, management service providers, network service providers, and Internet service providers, manage service level issues, such as initial customer negotiations and agreements, service management of both technical and human resources, and web-based customer reports.
