The company has released four new packages of community-building tools.

Get Satisfaction has introduced four new packages of community-building tools for small and mid-sized businesses.

"Get Satisfaction provides hosting open communities for the practice of social business, inviting open, transparent community input to drive better relationships, reduce support costs and accelerate innovation," writes TMCnet's Mini Swamy.

"The new release streamlines the process of integration with other business applications like Zendesk, Salesforce, Parature, and Pivotal Tracker and also social networks like Twitter and Facebook," Swamy writes. "Such integration ensures that community feedback can seamlessly enter all areas of the organization."
