Meltwater purchased JitterJam for $6 million and all of JitterJams employees will join Meltwater.
Social media and news monitoring company, The Meltwater Group, has announced the acquisition of JitterJam, a provider of Social CRM software. According to the news release issued by The Meltwater Group both companies will provide marketing, communications and advertising professionals with the most comprehensive set of tools for tracking and engaging with customers on social channels. The company also said it purchased JitterJam for $6 million, and all of JitterJams employees will join Meltwater.
