The company has launched the Social Engagement Hub for Facebook Pages.
Get Satisfaction has announced the launch of the Social Engagement Hub for Facebook Pages, created by Involver using the Get Satisfaction API.
The new offering, Mashable's Jennifer Van Grove writes, "gives brands and businesses the ability to integrate the entire support experience into Facebook."
"The Social Engagement Hub lives in its own tab inside the Facebook Page and can be fully customized, branded, and tweaked for a specific purpose or campaign," Van Grove writes. "The most impressive part, though, is that all activity inside the hub is centralized on the Get Satisfaction platform, so no conversation is lost inside the Facebook experience and each one can be distributed across multiple environments (which allows for repurposing)."
"The application is currently being tested by a handful of brands... but the company is rolling it out to all interested businesses," Van Grove adds.
