Michaels New CFO at CustomerLinx

CustomerLinx Corp., a service company specializing in Web-enabled, multi-mode customer relationship management (eCRM) services, has appointed Peter Michaels as its chief financial officer (CFO) and member of the executive management committee. As CFO, Michaels will guide the Alexandria, Va.-based CustomerLinx through its future growth utilizing his broad business experience earned through starting and growing several businesses.
Michaels has served as managing director at MSM&C, LLC, a merchant banking and financial advisory firm; president of Life Scan, a Mid-Atlantic health screening company; executive director and officer at Lerch, Early and Brewer, where he also served as controller; and an auditor and tax practitioner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
CustomerLinx operates customer contact centers in Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Connecticut, California and New York. Through Its LinxCenters and advanced CRM/eCRM platform, CustomerLinx allows middle market and Fortune 500 companies to combine traditional inbound contact center communications with inbound web-based and digital eCRM communications.
