QUIQ, Quaero Announce Strategic Partnership

SAN MATEO, CA & CHARLOTTE, N.C.–QUIQ, Inc., a provider of mass collaboration software for
customer service, and Quaero LLC, a CRM service provider, have announced a strategic
alliance. According to the companies, Quaero will use its expertise in CRM solution systems
integration to help QUIQ deploy its flagship product, QUIQ Connect, and integrate customer
data with third-party software applications, and assist QUIQ in meeting the growing demand
for mass collaboration solutions.

QUIQ says QUIQ Connect taps into the largest source of detailed product knowledge
available: a company’s customers and partners. QUIQ claims the solution answers up to 91
percent of customer inquiries without expensive call and e-mail center involvement, reducing
customer support costs while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
