Surado Adds Project Management to Online CRM
Surado Solutions has announced that Surado CRM Online Professional Edition will now include project management features as a standard feature set that will allow users to access, share and collaborate projects online. As mentioned in the company’s news release, this enhancement will allow online CRM users to have a true 360 degree view of Customers, Opportunities, Customer Service, Marketing and Project Management without the typical redundancies that currently exist in the market.
“Surado CRM Project Management includes the ability to create and manage projects, tasks, sub-tasks and associated activities. In addition, users will be able to assign and track resources, budgets, status, project timelines, project manager(s) and much more. Because the Surado Project Management is part of the core product line, it automatically links projects to individuals and vice versa. These individuals may be users of the system and/or other entities linked to a project.”
