Zendesk Partners With SugarCRM for Help Desk Integration

Web-based help desk software provide, Zendesk, has announced a new integration with SugarCRM. As noted in this Market Wire report, Zendesk for SugarCRM lets customer support agents seamlessly access SugarCRM customer data from Zendesk, and vice versa.
