Enhancing functionality of its business process management (BPM) suite, AuraPortal has announced a new Marketing Campaigns (MC) module that forms part of the customer relationship management (CRM) domain of AuraPortal.

AuraPortal’s Web-based business process management suite integrates CRM functionality and supply chain management features into the enterprise by means of four Process Patterns.

The new Marketing Campaigns module is a Pattern Process for the design and automatic follow-up of all types of campaigns. This includes general marketing and direct marketing programs for prospects and customers, depending on the determined profiles (up-selling and cross-selling), with a variety of channels, both offline as well as online, and the ability to analyze the results of the campaigns.

According to AuraPortal, the Pattern Processes offer all the functionality that can be found in any application but with an important difference: they can be adapted to the exact needs of the organization, as their design is based on processes that are created in such a way that they can be modified at any moment by the business personnel.

The Marketing Campaigns module is based on the concept of Standardized Projects of AuraPortal and therefore can be used for the design, follow-up, and control of other projects that are different from the marketing campaigns, as they have the structure and know-how incorporated in the actual Pattern Process, according to the company.

In addition to marketing, AuraPortal’s Process Patterns also encompass CRM, call centers and customer service.
