The combined efforts of the two enterprises will service more than 1,000 global customers including The KIVA Group, Society Insurance, Customer Asset Management, 2-Wire, Inc., Teletech, Royal Bank of Canada, Credit Agricole (France), Banco Santander (Spain), Telefonica (Spain), among others.

“As eCRM solutions continue to be a mission-critical way of communicating with customers in a very competitive business climate, we look to partner with companies like Altitude Software who can provide our clients with a comprehensive view of their customer interactions across multiple communication touchpoints,” said Steven Pizzagoni, One on One's president and senior consultant. “Software solutions like the Altitude uCI 2000 allows us to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution while maintaining a cost structure that makes sense for their business model.”

The Altitude uCI 2000 suite allows for integrated customer management across multiple touchpoints — self-service and assisted interactions across voice, Web, e-mail and mobile channels — and enabling true views of customers. Altitude Software (formerly Easyphone) has more than 300 worldwide customers using integrated eCRM solutions that leverage their existing communications and technology investments.

One on One Contact Solutions analysis and recommendations are dependent upon partnerships with technology and service providers. In addition to Altitude, One on One has formed alliances with Fulton Andrew, CosmoCom, Trammel Crow Company and Interactive Intelligence.
