Avidian Extends Outlook CRM
Avidian Technologies has recently announced the launch of Prophet 5 Ultimate Edition, the newest product in the company’s leading Microsoft Outlook-based customer relationship management (CRM) software line. As noted in this news release on Business Wire, Prophet Ultimate enables businesses to tailor Prophet’s existing opportunity tracking capabilities to meet the needs of departments beyond the sales force.
