Billing World Selects Best
Billing World magazine has announced the winners of its 2001 Excellence Awards at the Telestrategies Billing World 2001 Conference & Exhibition in Orlando, Florida. After a period of open nominations, award entries were collected and evaluated and the honors were given to industry leaders in technology innovation and those who have made a significant impact and contribution to the marketplace.
Among the winners were those who were recognized for outstanding achievement in integrating CRM into the billing industry:
- Best Overall Product: Amdocs
- Integrated CRM Solution: Telution
- Customer Success Story: Financial Statement Services (Customer: Verizon)
