Castle CRM Announces SalesLogix Web CRM Training
Castle CRM has announced plans to provide free 90-minute virtual training courses on Sage SalesLogix v7.5.
"Sage SalesLogix v7.5 is a comprehensive web CRM solution that includes interactive list-building capabilities using filters, extensive lead management capabilities, significant customer service and support functionality, the ability to create sales orders and usability enhancements that tremendously benefit the user experience," writes TMCnet’s Raja Singh Chaudhary.
"According to William Zarbock, president, Castle CRM, the training course to be organized by the company focuses on My Workspace, contact management, account management, search, look-up functions, filters, list and detail views, history, calendar management, activity management and so on," Chaudhary writes.
