DCI To Hold 8th Annual CRM Conference And Exposition
ANDOVER, MA–What is being billed as “the largest CRM event in the world” will take place
at McCormick Place in Chicago February 13th through the 15th, 2001. DCI, a producer of
information technology conferences, trade shows and expositions, is hosting the event.
DCI says there will over 100 speakers and sessions will be divided into five areas of CRM:
sales and marketing automation; customer contact center; eCustomer; data warehousing; and
mobile and field force automation. Also, according to DCI, three certification programs
will be offered including “CRM Strategic Masterplan,” “Building a Better Data Warehouse,”
and “eCustomer Roadmap.”
In addition, DCI says there will be various seminars, an industry spotlight on
communications, awards for CRM software and software suppliers showcasing their new
technology solutions.
