Delano and Braun Consulting Form Strategic Alliance Staff

TORONTO, CANADA & CHICAGO, IL–Delano Technology Corporation, a provider of
interaction-based CRM solutions, and Braun Consulting, Inc., a
professional services firm offering customer-focused business solutions, have announced
an alliance to jointly deliver customer intelligence solutions.

Braun says it will also assume the role of integrator for Delano’s analytic
applications for e-marketing and e-service.

“As one of the few consulting companies focusing exclusively on analytics within the
customer relationship management market, Braun Consulting is very well positioned to
provide Delano with the knowledge and client insight to further shape our existing

domain expertise in analytics and CRM to deliver comprehensive applications that not

In January 2001, Delano will launch Discovery Marketing, an e-marketing application
that leverages analytical algorithms to create an organization’s online marketing
campaigns and measure its effectiveness. Braun provided management and consulting
services on the project.
