Delano Technology Corporation, developer of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, has selected ALPNET to localize its applications into French for international usage, specifically for two of its software products. ALPNET is worthy of the challenge with specialization in providing complete multilingual information management solutions, via its worldwide network of offices and resources.

“Given our customer requirements, time-to-market was a critical factor for us in our selection of a localization vendor. ALPNET was able to meet challenging deadlines, while providing valuable in-country expertise to address the unique language and cultural characteristics of our target market,” said Elizabeth Caley, senior director of product management at Delano. “We are confident that this is the first step of a much broader collaboration between our two companies.”

Delano has chosen two applications from its product line to benefit from ALPNET’s French localization. The Delano Marketing Suite enables an enterprise to use disparate customer data to launch targeted, relevant and timely marketing campaigns, interactive surveys and personalized newsletters. The Delano Service Suite is a customer service application that provides relevant and automated response management and routing of inbound communications via electronic channels such as e-mail and the Web.

“We are pleased to be working with a company like Delano who is focused on providing enterprises with CRM solutions to manage intelligent customer interactions and build profitable relationships,” remarks Charles Noall, chief operating officer of ALPNET. “At ALPNET, we use and promote the same comprehensive, efficient approach to information management. The effectiveness we gain from our integrated tools and processes help us to deliver on Delano’s expectations: meeting tight turnaround requirements while offering high quality at an attractive price.”

Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Delano combines integrated e-marketing and e-service application suites with a broad, flexible e-business platform and advanced analytics. Customers include Ericsson, Charles Schwab, Nortel, i2 Technologies, Warner Music Group, Zurich Financial Services, Macromedia, Mark VII Transportation Company (an Exel Company) and Harborfreight.com. Delano employs approximately 300 employees worldwide with offices throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

ALPNET helps corporations deploy into international markets through intelligent use and re-use of multilingual informational assets. ALPNET offers a range of services including strategic InfoCycleTM consulting, Web and software localization and document translation and publishing in all business languages and formats.
