Knouen Announces Mobile CRM Software
Knouen Technologies has announced a new mobile CRM software solution called Knouen Mobile.
"The firm said the new software allows users to connect to Oracle Siebel CRM using their smartphone," according to Northwest Innovation.
"According to Knouen, the new offering works with RIM BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, or Apple iPhone smartphones," the article states. "Knouen’s product allows users to log activities in Siebel, view and update contacts, access calendars, and other information."
"The need has never been greater for mobile CRM solutions," says company chief marketing officer Lee Ho. "Knouen Mobile provides sales and service professionals tools to better utilize their time while working in the field. Our latest solution streamlines and simplifies basic CRM processes for employees, which improves productivity, decreases downtime and helps companies to build profitable customer relationships."
"Knouen Mobile gives our customers the freedom to access the information they need from their Siebel system at any time, from anywhere," says company director of mobile applications Shawn Lee.
Knouen Mobile is currently in beta, with general availability planned for May of 2010.
