According to Knouen’s press release, the latest version of the solution seamlessly integrates Oracle’s Siebel CRM with Microsoft Outlook, and smartphones such as the RIM BlackBerry, Windows phone and Apple iPhone, and also automates Siebel updates and integrates social networking and sales intelligence capabilities.

“One of Knouen’s main product objectives is to help our customers leverage and extend their CRM investments,’ says Jeff Nordlund, chief technology officer and co-founder of Knouen. ‘In this latest version of Knouen OfficeSync we have added customer-driven functionality that helps companies to further simplify their CRM processes and to make Siebel CRM more valuable and useful for business and IT stakeholders alike.'”
