Krawler Intros CRM Software for the iPhone
Krawler, Inc. has introduced iDeskera CRM, a new mobile version of the company’s Deskera CRM software.
"iDeskera CRM, which targets iPhone users, facilitates access to data managed by the Deskera CRM application," writes TMCnet’s Carolyn J. Dawson.
"iDeskera CRM helps field sales representatives and other mobile workers track updates and manage CRM reports through the iDeskera CRM dashboard," Dawson writes. "They can also add new leads, contacts, accounts and update information; view information by tapping on the campaigns, leads, contacts, accounts or cases and also by making use of the search field to quickly locate the information they want."
