Leading European Operator Implements Kofax for Customer Data
A leading Southern European telecommunications operator has implemented Kofax‘s document capture solution.
"Each year, the operator receives about 3 million customer contracts, account forms and related documents via mail, fax and email," writes TMCnet’s Anuradha Shukla. "Kofax software will help the operator to scan and capture data from these customers."
"All the resulting images and data will then be exported to an ERP system for further processing," Shukla writes. "This entire process results in several benefits such as a very efficient and cost effective process, improved customer service levels and far better regulatory compliance efforts."
